Nicoletta della Gatta
Nicoletta has always lived within a creative atmosphere. During the 1960s her mother, Adriana, modified household objects with fun decorations and brilliant colours, dissolving the monotone greyness that characterised bourgeoisie life during those years.
Today, Nicoletta della Gatta's atelier is a laboratory set amid the green slopes of the Lake Como.
It is here that a carousel of fabrics, an infinite range of drawings, colours and creative ideas converge to produce handbags that combine materials such as PVC, quilt and wood.
The result are her unique limited edition unconventional, ironic and fun bags which are unmistakably much more than a simple fashion accessory.
